|Overview of Job||We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and self-driven Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Manager is in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies, help find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.|
|Duties & Responsibilities||
1.Total 8-12 Years of overall experience IT/Technical Recruitment preferably Leadership Hiring / Executive Search / Mid-Level Search.
2.Good understanding of IT technology to hire multiple skills set and must have prior experience of hiring Technical Talent within India (e.g. Developers, Software Engineers, QA, Project Managers etc.).
3.Help manage and scale recruitment team to drive Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Performance Management, Mentoring & Team Management. Device recruitment strategies to meet over all hiring needs.
4.Leveraging innovative techniques for company branding on social media, versatile talent hunt techniques to reach top talent through Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & maintain digital presence among top talents.
5.Managing the offer process to maintain successful offer acceptance and retention rate.Help build database for all the ongoing requirements.
6.Should have passion for the industry. Should have good knowledge about market, target companies, relationships in social networks.
7.Responsible for relationship management with stake holders.
1. Should hold Master Degree in Human Resource with 8-12 Years of proven experience in Talent acquisition IT industry . Should be smart, energetic, passionate and proactive with strong execution skills.
2.Must have exposure to bulk hiring, lateral &leadership hiring.
3.Should have experience recruiting in organizations with rapid and complex change management.
4.Solid experience in leading recruitment teams in a fast moving, hands-on environment.
5.Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
6.Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
7.Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
8.Excellent communicator, well-organized, a leader and strategic thinker.
