As a Junior Associate, the incumbent has to provide technical support to the client and resolve the issues. The person should be confident, self-motivated, willing to learn and poses good communication skills. S/he should be computer savvy and astounding research skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Facilitate with Team Leaders at all the times.
  • Provide virtual assistance via any mode (chat, email, calling) to the clients as and when required.
  • Research on particular assignments given by the client.
  • Perform data analysis and data entry.
  • Perform cold calling.
  • Perform under least supervision
  • Research on various online assets to comprehend a customer need/programming's.
Minimum Requirements
  • Computer Savvy (knowledge of MS office and google research skills)
  • Good Communication spoken and written skills.
  • Should be proactive and team player.
  • Knowledge of Basic MS office and google research skills
