Role overview
The project work undertaken will be the development and unit testing of straightforward or low-complexity components. The main responsibility is to follow low-level designs, supported by colleagues and team leaders. May assist in any other aspect of the project life-cycle under supervision.
Duties and responsibilities
- Freshers Salesforce team members help with setting up and managing Salesforce CRM systems.
- They assist with data entry, generating reports, and basic configurations.
- Freshers Salesforce role involves learning Salesforce features, supporting senior staff, and gaining hands-on experience to improve CRM systems and customer interactions.
- Complete assigned Salesforce Developer Fresher work with guidance, peer review, and documented progress.
- Follow the team's quality, security, communication, and Agile delivery practices.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Master's in Computer Application.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Node JS) will be add on.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Education and qualifications
BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MCM/BCA/Msc. PGDCA/ or equivalent
