Freshers Salesforce Developers Job Overview

As a fresher Salesforce developer, you will be assisting the junior Salesforce developers in developing and customizing Salesforce applications as per the client's requirements. This role includes integrating third-party services, automating workflows, creating data models, and coding. You will also have the opportunity to work and learn with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to provide efficient Salesforce solutions.

To be eligible for a fresher Salesforce developer role, you must have at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Having knowledge of fundamentals in object-oriented programming languages like Java, C++, or Python is a plus. Additionally, if you have completed any Salesforce certifications or similar, it can make your application stronger.

As a fresher Salesforce developer, you should have a basic understanding of programming languages such as Apex (Salesforce's proprietary language), JavaScript, and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language). Understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce will work as an advantage for you. Although having a Salesforce certification like the Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification gives you an edge over other applicants, it is not mandatory for freshers.
