Role overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior 2D/3D Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in 2D and 3D design, a passion for design, and a strong portfolio showcasing their skills.
Duties and responsibilities
Assist in creating visually compelling 2D and 3D designs for various projects, including marketing materials, product designs, and digital content. Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to develop design concepts and bring them to fruition. Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations that meet project requirements and deadlines. Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya) to create and refine designs. Maintain consistency in design style and adhere to brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes. Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Required skills and experience
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender, Maya, or similar tools. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Ability to create and modify 3D models, textures, and animations. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve design work. A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required. Experience with VR/AR design. Knowledge of additional design software or tools. Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Education and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design.
