As an HR executive your responsibilities will include recruitment and selection of employees, handling of employee relations, performance appraisals, and administrative compliance with the provisions of the employment laws. You will also coordinate and occasionally conduct training to employees in the organization and responsibilities related to payroll and also be involved in formulation of the overall human resource management strategies of the company. One of the roles of our HR executives is to act as a sounding board to employees, and to facilitate engagement and ways and means through which employees and the organization can develop.
To apply for the position of HR executive, you must at least have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field. It is also important that the candidate has two to four years of experience in HR especially in recruitment or employee management. You should also have proficiency in working on the HRMS software and other tools, good communication skills and knowledge in law of employment. Moreover, it is a prerequisite that you must have a certification from any of the well-known Human Resource bodies such as SHRM or HRCI.
As an HR executive with around 4+ years of experience, you can expect a salary base in the range of 4.8 lakh rupees* to 6 lakh rupees* per annum, depending on your experience and proficiency. The salary structure is competitive as per the current industry standards. Additionally, you are entitled to receive performance bonuses*, paid leaves* and a medical insurance*. As an HR executive, you will be using professional employment tools and HR management softwares to conduct the recruitment process, management of employees and processing of payroll. Also, you'll coordinate performance management and engage and reward our human resource to facilitate performance reviews and manage employees' feedback.
