Overview of Job
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
Duties & Responsibilities

To ensure that they and their team promote and maintain a high standard of professional recruitment practice.

To provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources function relating to recruitment and selection matters and associated terms and conditions.

To work closely with each service group under their remit, to ensure that the recruitment service they deliver meets the Service Groups needs.

To deliver recruitment and selection training to juniors and to keep the material delivered under continuous review ensuring that it remains current and up to date.

To screen and recruit candidates from various sources (job portals, social media networking, employee referral, etc)

To manage bulk mailing campaigns to passive and hidden potential candidates.

Coordinate with the internal and external clients for conducting interviews.

Negotiate with the candidates on terms and conditions and salary structure.

Taking follow-ups with the candidate till onboarding of the candidate.

Completion of all pre-joining formalities.

Conducting orientation and joining formalities on the day of joining.

To assist in the design and development of new systems and processes relating to company betterment.

Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives.

Undertake specific projects within the HR function as required.

To encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

To delegate appropriate responsibility and authority to the level of staff within his/her control, consistent with effective decision-making, whilst retaining responsibility for results.
- To contribute as an effective member of the Recruitment and Selection team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.

Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
