They also have to assist with developing and implementing various procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sourcing and hiring through job portals.
Screening candidates.
Identifying candidates as per requisition.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and concerned panels.
Data reporting
Regular follow-ups with candidates.
