Overview of Job

Manager- Human Resources is responsible for the operational delivery of HR services and staff support. The manager will work with Delivery heads, Process Managers, Team Leaders, and Management staff, to identify, develop, and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including, workforce planning, managing for performance, industrial relations, organizational restructuring, employee relations, organizational development, and staff development. The Senior Manager, Human Resources in partnership with Management and other key staff develops and implements key change management strategies and services to improve staff and business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Policy framing

  • To review existing processes and take steps to enhance operational efficiency and productivity to meet the organization's goals.
  • To build strategies to cope with new organization needs.
  • To remain abreast of the industry trends and competition.

Talent Acquisition

    • Responsible for managing the niche ss End-to-end recruitment of technical profiles.
    • Tracking and prioritization of all requirements through regular meetings with business teams and clients.
    • Building strategies for their fulfillment of the current opening.
    • Managing a team of recruiters, assigning positions with timeliness, guiding and mentoring them towards utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and techniques for effective headhunting through various channels.
  • To follow up regularly with the internal clients for their requirements and closure of the vacant positions.

    Compensation

    • To generate market intelligence on specific s sets and compensation levels.
    • Negotiate with the candidates for the remuneration and perks.
      Employee Engagement:
  • To plan various activities for employees to keep them motivated for their routine job role.

Training & Development:

    • To analyze the need for training through interaction with DM/PM/TLs.
    • To monitor and administer training as per the needs of the organization.
  • Negotiate with the vendors for the commercials and provide feedback to the management for the overall performance of the participants.

    Grievance Handling

    • To handle complaints, and issues among the employees.
    • To take corrective actions to curb the issue or the complaint.
  • To handle inquiries of the employees and management.

    Administration:

  • To take regular follow-ups with the Admin Department for various employee-related issues.
  • To assist the Admin Department as and when required.
  • To encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • To delegate appropriate responsibility and authority to the level of staff within his/her control, consistent with effective decision-making, whilst retaining responsibility for results.
  • Contribute to a healthy and safe environment for yourself and others and comply with all safe working procedures and instructions including policies and procedures.

  • Experience with HR in high-technology arenas that have faced rapid growth.
  • MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management with 7-8 years of experience.
  • Progressive attitude and sensitivity towards human issues and problems.

  • Awareness of market trends, ability to anticipate and deal with problems related to external as well as internal environment.
