Senior Software Developer

This role uses skills of a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding company policies and procedures.  Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways.

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires  evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selection methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal personnel in own area of expertise.

• Shows appetite and aptitude for owning responsibility of technical decisions and direction for one or many projects.
• Aptly manages team demands on his/her time and shows willingness/ability to delegate technical execution or responsibilities when appropriate.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for communicating with client side technical expertise.
• Directs technical aspect of operations related to escalated client accounts or high severity issues as they affect or confront a project or team.
• Attends to both business and technical considerations when designing solutions  to project/team or company related issues.
• Demonstrates interest in improving the company’s technical awareness, depth and use of technology across the business.
• Required to Maintain Periodic reports and furnish to supervisor as if when needed.
• Complies with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures security of information at all  time
• Responsible for meeting deadlines and adherence to set coding standards.
• Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis and provide Estimation to Support Team
• Responsible to compile required documents related to project and process excellence
• Provide guidance to juniors and support to other teammates in their work as and when required.
• Responsible for nurturing and mentoring the assigned resources
