Ideally, to apply for a Jr. .NET developer job, you should at least have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent field. Apart from the degree, you must also have at least 1 year of previous working experience or internships in .NET Core and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React you will be an added advantage. Knowledge of object-oriented programming paradigms and Web technologies is expected from a candidate for this position.
In this position, a junior .NET developer will be responsible for working on .NET Core at the backend and Angular or React at the frontend. You will also use technologies such as Entity Framework, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs. Depending on the project you might also be working with other cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
You will be working on live projects after completing an initial training phase. Our approach is that practice makes perfect and is therefore the best way to build your skills. First, you may begin with the basic tasks under the supervision of senior developers assigned on a particular project, but as you progress in your career, you will be promoted to work on the higher elements of the project.
If you are a junior.NET Core developer with experience in Angular or React, you can expect your starting salary to be anywhere between INR 3 lakhs* to 4.8 lakhs* per annum. We also have merit increase provisions* Thus, the more you perform and deliver on your tasks the more your pay will be.
