Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Manage employee onboarding and maintain accurate records.

Support HR administration, including payroll, compliance.

Organize employee engagement activities and assist in training coordination.

Address employee queries and ensure adherence to company policies.

Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.

Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
