To apply for the post of Jr. HR executive, you should possess a University degree in Human Resources or Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field. Apart from the educational qualifications, you must also have 6 months to 2 years of working experience in the Human Resources department. This position requires good communication skills as well as good organizational skills.
As a junior HR executive, you will be responsible for a number of general duties that includes recruitment, onboarding of new employees, retaining employee's performance record, supporting organizational engagement interventions. You will also apply HR policies throughout the organization as well as offer organizational support to the human resource department.
Before applying for the role of Jr. HR executive, you should emphasize having competencies in verbal and written communication, planning/strategizing, organizing the human resources, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Knowledge of human resources software, along with the ability to work in a team is also important. The work experience can be shown in any form, be it previous employment experience, working certification internship programs, or even freelance staffing experience, if you have any of these, you can apply for the junior HR executive role.

Junior HR executive's pay scale is dependent on qualification, experience, and the area of work. Often, for this position, the salary is fixed as per the competitive industry standards. For an estimate, the Jr. HR executives can earn a staggering amount of salary ranging between INR 2.5 lakhs* and 4.5 lakhs* per annum.
