Role overview

We are looking for a Jr. React Native Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have experience with React Native and a passion for building high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to develop, test, and maintain innovative mobile solutions.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and quality.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement and enhance user interfaces. Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues and bugs in applications. Optimize application performance and enhance stability.
  • Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices related to React Native and mobile development.
  • Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Assist in the deployment of React Native applications to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Manage app updates and versioning.

Required skills and experience

  • 1 - 2.5 years of professional experience in mobile development with a focus on React Native.
  • Proficiency in React Native and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of cross-platform mobile development practices.
  • Experience with React Native development tools such as Expo, Android Studio, or Xcode.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
  • Basic experience in implementing user interfaces and understanding of material design principles.
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and basic experience with UI testing.
