Overview
We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1 to 3+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and quality. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. Implement responsive web design to ensure compatibility across various devices. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process. Work with RESTful APIs and third-party services to integrate external functionalities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in MERN stack development. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of database design and management. Understanding of deployment processes and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with TypeScript. Knowledge of GraphQL. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Agile methodologies. Understanding of security best practices
Educational qualifications
BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA or equivalent.
