Overview of Job

As a Senior Account Executive in Finance, you will manage key financial operations, including taxation, payroll, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain adherence to GST, EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws, while also overseeing banking transactions and mentoring junior team members.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll, including salary slips, GST, EPF, ESIC, and PT records.
  • Ensure compliance with TDS rules and Labour Laws, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Oversee and conduct financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve complex payroll and tax issues.
  • Lead audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on financial management and compliance.
