As a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) in IT Sales with 2.5 to 6 years of experience, you will lead business development initiatives, focusing on high-level client engagement and strategic growth. You will be responsible for driving sales targets, mentoring junior team members, and using advanced lead generation tools to identify and close new business opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with offshore clients.
  • Use advanced lead generation tools and platforms such as Sales Navigator, Upwork, Behance, Freelancer, and others to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Engage in high-level client interactions, understanding complex requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new markets, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services and alignment with client expectations.
  • Take ownership of business development initiatives, driving the company's growth strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving sales techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in IT sales and business development with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to conduct detailed online research and analyze market trends using tools like Sales Navigator, Upwork, Behance, Freelancer, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage junior team members.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Flexibility to work in various time zones, depending on client requirements.
