Overview of Job

As a Sr. BSE, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing a variety of BPO functions, including customer service, technical support, data entry, and sales. You will be responsible for guiding junior associates, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving process improvements. This role demands strong leadership abilities, flexibility, and a deep understanding of BPO operations to effectively support business functions across diverse industries.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Rotational shift Rotational week off
  • Lead and manage a team of BPO Associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient task execution.
  • Handle complex customer service and technical support queries, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client interactions, including responding to emails and phone calls with professionalism.
  • Oversee data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Monitor and improve process workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of work ethics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in BPO operations with a focus on customer service, technical support, or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to handle complex queries and escalations.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in team management and mentorship.
  • Ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities, with a proactive approach to task management.
  • Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts as required.
  • Position open only for male candidates.
