Overview of Job
As a Sr. BSE, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing a variety of BPO functions, including customer service, technical support, data entry, and sales. You will be responsible for guiding junior associates, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving process improvements. This role demands strong leadership abilities, flexibility, and a deep understanding of BPO operations to effectively support business functions across diverse industries.
Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of BPO Associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient task execution.

Handle complex customer service and technical support queries, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Manage client interactions, including responding to emails and phone calls with professionalism.

Oversee data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.

Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other documentation as required by management.

Monitor and improve process workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of work ethics.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in BPO operations with a focus on customer service, technical support, or sales.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client interactions effectively.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to handle complex queries and escalations.

Leadership qualities with experience in team management and mentorship.

Ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities, with a proactive approach to task management.

Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts as required.
