We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.

Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems and tools.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees.

Training & Development:
