To apply for the profile of Sr. HR executive, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource management, Business Administration, or a similar field of study. Apart from it, you also need to have four to six years of experience in the role of HR management with at least 2+ years of experience in significant leadership roles. Apart from the regular degree, holding an SHRM-CP or PHR certifications shall definitely add strength to your application.
Being a senior HR executive, your key accountabilities will be to design and drive the Human Resources department strategies aimed at the company's overall objectives and goals, participate in recruitment and onboarding processes, performance management, and perform activities related to employee relations. You will play a critical role in workforce planning and talent building while ensuring compliance with labor law and policies. You'll be responsible for creating a healthy organizational culture as well as leading various HR projects that focus on employee engagement and retention.

As a Sr. HR executive, you will work on multiple HR tools and technologies that help streamline HR work and support data-based decision making. You can also access employee engagement platforms, learning and development platforms, and analytics tools for measuring HR performance and streamlining the processes.
To apply for a Senior HR Executive position, advanced certifications like SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional), CIPD Level 7 (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) are highly valued. As a senior HR executive, you can expect a salary range of INR 6.5 lakhs* to INR 8 lakhs* per annum, depending on your overall work experience, proficiency, and negotiation skills in recruitment.
