To apply for the Account Executive role, you must have a degree in business, marketing or a related field at the very least. Apart from the degree, having 5+ years of experience in Account management is beneficial. You should also be proficient in soft skills like defining conflict resolution and emphasis on core competencies namely communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
To apply for this position for the Singapore market, you should have previous working experience of two to five years in business development or sales. The qualifications include the capability in managing the client accounts, creating and implementing business plans and sales experience.
As an Account Executive working for the Singapore market, you'll be working mostly with potential clients, identifying their needs, and selling you solutions. You will also work with other internal teams as you aim at satisfying the clients, as well as striving to hit the quarterly sales goals. Client interface and reporting are other important responsibilities of this role.
You'll receive extensive on-boarding training to make you understand about our services and our sales approach. We also provide career growth opportunities to the employees and provide numerous resources for sales training programmes and bi-annually workshops for differential development of client management, sales strategies and negotiation skills from senior staff.
The results that will define your performance will be based on the sales performance or targets, number of new clientele, and the ability to retain the existing clientele. Along with sales figures we appreciate your good communication with our clients and your participation in significant business development conferences. It is very important to achieve the overall annual targets broken into quarterly KPIs.
The salary range for the Account Executive can be between SGD 35,000* and SGD50,000* per annum depending on the experience and education. In addition to the basic pay for the positions, there are commissions for sales* in addition to any other incentives as per performance* beyond the expected levels of the set targets.
As an Account executive working in the Singapore market, you will primarily work with clients from various industries, including IT, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. Our clients range from small businesses to large enterprises, so you'll need to adapt your approach depending on their needs and challenges. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with these clients will be one of your key responsibilities.
