Duties and responsibilities

- By guiding teams and addressing issues, Project Managers ensure projects stay on course and meet objectives, aligning with the company’s goals and expectations.
- Complete assigned Project Manager work with guidance, peer review, and documented progress.
- Follow the team's quality, security, communication, and Agile delivery practices.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience in managing software development projects, preferably with a mix of traditional and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with software development tools, programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent team leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle tight deadlines.
- Experience in risk identification, mitigation and contingency planning.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, developers and senior management.
- Skilled in negotiating project scope and handling change requests.
- Strong analytical skills to foresee challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues early in the project lifecycle.
Education and qualifications
BE/ME (CS/IT) or equivalent.
