Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for examining business processes, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing trends, creating detailed reports, and recommending process improvements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure strategies align with business goals, driving overall success.
Duties and responsibilities
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies with business goals. Assist in the implementation of new business processes or systems. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of solutions and improvements. Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Required skills and qualifications
2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing insights to support business decisions. Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Educational qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
