We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects within our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in software development. You will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, time and budget constraints. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and software development best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including software developers, testers, UX/UI designers and QA engineers.
  • Assign tasks, set milestones and ensure smooth communication between team members.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
