Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team towards achieving revenue goals and driving business growth. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends to ensure continued success. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and guide a team, and an in-depth understanding of sales processes and strategies.

Duties and responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and expand market share. Set clear sales goals and monitor the team's performance, providing regular feedback and coaching for improvement. Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed. Conduct regular sales meetings, set performance metrics, and track the team’s achievements against objectives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales processes and identify areas for improvement or innovation. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to remain competitive in the market. Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with the company's goals and profitability standards.

Required skills and qualifications

Proven experience of 4-6 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and techniques to achieve sales targets. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking software. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

Educational qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
