  • User Account Management: Assist in creating, managing and troubleshooting user accounts and permissions on Linux systems.
  • Software Installation: Install, configure and maintain software applications on Linux servers.
  • End-User Support: Provide support to end-users for Linux-based systems, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any hardware or network issues.
