The role involves generating business for the company through various client interaction across international and domestic market. To gain insights on various tactics from seniors to generate business for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company.
Lead generation, prospecting, market study, target geographic locations in order to make pipeline.
Good in Client relationship management and try to retain them for long term basis.
Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, negotiation and deal signing.
Work in close collaboration with presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement.
Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the sales life cycle.
Support the teams market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with regional presales, marketing and the rest of the business development staff.
Adhere to all Company Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies and guidelines. Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills.
Responsible for selling in all major domains : Media, Healthcare, Education etc.
Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
May assist in requirement gathering under supervision.
Accurately records own time and accurately reports progress on own work.
Complies with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures security of information at all time.
Preparing required reports as if when.
Learn and share knowledge with teammates and juniors.
A go-getter attitude with at least 1 to 3 years of aggressive IT sales experience (Solution Selling, IT services, Outsourcing).
Must have proposal written and negotiation skills
Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets.
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets.
Advanced IT knowledge is a must.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Readiness to work in a team with minimal supervision
