Junior Account Executive Job Overview

The Jr. Account Executive will be required to work under the supervision of senior account executives, communicate directly with the clients, produce reports, and help with sales. You will also be directly responsible for analyzing account performance and potential as well as existing client satisfaction.

To apply for a junior Account executive job, you must have a degree in business, marketing, communications or any other related field. Apart from the educational qualifications, you also need to have at least one to three years of work experience in Accounts or sales jobs. You should also have good communication skills, detail oriented and an eagerness to learn. For junior Account executives, our training scope includes detailed product and services knowledge, communication approach/methods and hands-on understanding of the CRM applications. You should also be able to collaborate with senior account executives to be able to gain some practical experience.

As a Jr. Account Executive, the primary tools that you will be using are CRM platforms, email marketing tools, analytical tools. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment particularly Excel and familiarity with the CRM tools such as Salesforce is desirable.

The salary range of junior Account Executives is between 1.5 lakh rupees* to 4.2 lakh rupees* depending on multiple factors mainly, work experience in number of years, versatility, and geographical area of the company.
